The valley crew checks weight and fitness before the harness goes on. What you confirm at checkout is your own judgement.
Weather and safety
The line runs only when conditions allow
Wind and storms can stop the flight, including in the middle of the day. The valley crew makes that call, and makes it for the safety of everyone flying. When the line closes there is nothing to rearrange: your ticket is not tied to a day and stays valid for 12 months.
- The crew decides, on the spot
- Wind, visibility and storms are watched all day, and the line is stopped when it needs to be. There are no exceptions on request.
- Checked before every flight
- Harness, carabiners and trolley are checked at every launch, and the installation is subject to the scheduled periodic inspections.
- If the line closes
- Your ticket stays valid: come back on another open day, within 12 months. Check the status beside this before you set off.
