Who is responsible

The controller is Monte Pana Dolomites s.p.a., Streda Pana 45, 39047 S. Cristina Val Gardena (BZ). To exercise your rights write to info@ziplinemontepana.com.

What we collect

For the purchase: name, email, phone if you give one, and the order itself. Card payment is handled by Stripe: card details never reach our systems and we do not store them.

For the flight: the scans of your ticket at the valley station and at the launch, with the date and time. They tell us who is on the mountain, which is a safety measure.

On the site: an anonymous session identifier and, if you arrive from a campaign, where from. No third-party cookies and no advertising profiling, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Why

To perform the contract (issue and validate the ticket), to meet accounting and tax obligations, and for our legitimate interest in the safety of the installation and in minimal site measurement.

How long

Personal order data is anonymised 24 months after the ticket expires or is used. Accounting records remain, without personal identifiers.

Who else sees it

Stripe for payment, our email provider to send your tickets, and the provider hosting the server. We sell data to nobody.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to info@ziplinemontepana.com. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority.
