The ticket has no date

A ticket entitles one person to one flight on the Monte Pana zipline, including the chairlift ride up. It is tied to no day and no time: come to the valley station on any open day.

Everyone has their own ticket and their own QR code. The code is shown at the valley station and again at the launch platform.

Validity: 12 months

A ticket is valid for 12 months from purchase. The expiry date is printed on the ticket, in the PDF and in the confirmation email.

After that date the ticket can no longer be used. If something serious stopped you flying, get in touch: the operator can extend a ticket, but that is a favour and not a right.

No refunds

Tickets are not refundable. Because they are not tied to a date, a day that does not suit costs you nothing: come back on another open day within the validity.

Your statutory rights in cases of incorrect charges or services not provided are unaffected. Get in touch and we will sort it out.

Weather and safety

The line runs only when conditions allow. Wind, storms and other conditions can stop it at any moment, including mid-day. That is the valley crew’s decision, taken for the safety of everyone flying, and it is final.

A closure gives no right to a refund: the ticket stays valid and can be used another day.

Requirements

20 to 125 kg to fly solo; in tandem, 175 kg combined at most. Children under 12 fly accompanied by an adult.

Anyone with heart, back or shoulder problems, anyone pregnant, and anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not fly. What you confirm at checkout is your own judgement and your own responsibility.

The valley crew checks weight and fitness before the harness goes on and may refuse a flight on safety grounds. The ticket then stays valid for another suitable person or another day.

Reduced fares and documents

The reduced ticket is for Val Gardena Active card holders, and the card must be shown at the valley station. Without it, the difference to the full fare is due at the desk.

Video and merchandise

The flight video, if bought, is delivered after landing as the crew explains. The t-shirt is collected at the valley desk, giving your size.
